We plan, promote, and execute numerous events throughout the year designed to appeal to a wide audience, bringing people of all ages to Downtown Woodstock to Shop, Dine, Work, and Play.

Annual festival attended by over 30,000 people each year with free entertainment, great food and fantastic shopping.

Annual General Meeting

Enjoy locally grown products, including fresh produce, artisanal breads, maple syrup, honey, and baked goods, as well as many other products, including handcrafted jewellery, body care products, and more! Contact us if you would like to be a Market Vendor.

​Yoga in the Square is an opportunity to join the downtown Woodstock community in a health and fitness environment... and to have a bit of fun too! Yoga classes are FREE and will be held every Tuesday from July 2nd to August 27th in Museum Square, under the shade of the cherry trees (Peel Street). Each class will run from 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm.

The BIA Annual General Meeting has been postponed until September 30th at 6:00pm (virtually via. Zoom). ​

About 

Downtown Woodstock BIA 

BIA stands for the "Business Improvement Area". The Downtown Woodstock Business Improvement Area (BIA) was established in 1976 through a municipal by-law. The Downtown Woodstock BIA is a not-for-profit organization, under the direction of a volunteer board of management (please see below). 

Our mandate is to Promote, Maintain, and Beautify the Downtown area.
