Annual General Meeting: Monday, June 1, 2026
Join us for the Downtown Woodstock BIA’s AGM for businesses and property owners, partners, and stakeholders. This session will feature a year in review, presentation of the 2026 budget, and updates to the 2026 strategic plan, along with an opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and hear what’s ahead for downtown.
Music in the Square
Come to Museum Square for a little lunchtime concert. Music in the Square happens every Thursday from 12 pm to 2 pm during the Summer months.
Grab some lunch from one of the neighbouring businesses or bring your own and enjoy live bands and musicians.

SUMMER STREETFEST & SIDEWALK DAYS
Friday, Saturday, Sunday July 17, 18,19, 2026
Summer StreetFest returns to Downtown Woodstock on July 17–19, 2026 for a full weekend of shopping, entertainment, food, and community celebration. Formerly known as Sidewalk Days, StreetFest has grown into one of Woodstock’s signature summer traditions, drawing thousands downtown each year for fun for all ages. Visitors can expect live music, local vendors, family activities, patio experiences, and special promotions from downtown businesses. This year’s event carries even greater meaning as the Downtown Woodstock BIA celebrates 50 years while the City of Woodstock celebrates 125 years. With those milestones in mind, 2026 is planned to be our grandest StreetFest celebration yet. Join us in the heart of the city as we celebrate the past, present, and future of Downtown Woodstock.

Victoria Day Parade
Celebrate the Victoria Day weekend by spending some time downtown. From local shops and services to great food and friendly faces, downtown Woodstock is a great place to enjoy the long weekend.

WAG 60th Anniversary
Join the Woodstock Art Gallery as they celebrate their 60th Anniversary with a big party Museum Square! With fun for the whole family, enjoy live music and entertainment, shop products from local business and artists, and stop by the Gallery for tours of their new exhibits and Permanent Collection Anniversary Show.

Oxford Pride Family Day
Organized by Oxford County Pride, this family-friendly event takes place in Museum Square. Expect vendors, music and a celebration of all things 2SLGBTQI+.

Fall Fest
Celebrate the season with us at Fall Fest in Downtown Woodstock. This annual event brings together local businesses, visitors, and the community for a day of fall-themed experiences, shopping, treats, and activities that highlight the energy and charm of Woodstock in the downtown core.
Lighting of Museum Square
Organized by the City of Woodstock, the Lighting of Museum Square is the official start of the Christmas season. Think sparkling lights, hot chocolate, music, entertainment and a very special guest all the way from the Northpole.

Santa Claus Parade
Organized by the City of Woodstock, the Santa Claus Parade features holiday-themed floats, marching bands, community groups and, of course, Santa! Departing from the Woodstock Fairgrounds, the parade will make its way along Dundas Street turning right onto Light Street to end in Victoria Park, 413 Buller St.
