BIA stands for the "Business Improvement Area". The Downtown Woodstock Business Improvement Area (BIA) was established in 1976 through a municipal by-law. The Downtown Woodstock BIA is a not-for-profit organization, under the direction of a volunteer board of management (please see below).
Our mandate is to Promote, Maintain, and Beautify the Downtown area.
The BIA Office is temporary closed as a result of COVID-19 Provincial Lockdown. BIA staff will be working from home.
